Jeffrey Rule is a licensed Landscape Architect with 35 years of experience in residential landscape design. His design approach integrates high professional standards with an earnest regard for client needs, site opportunities, neighborhood character, municipal and community requirements, and realistic financial considerations.
Mr. Rule received a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from California State Polytechnic University Pomona in 1985. He started his firm in 1993 after working for 10 years with a highly respected landscape architectural firm in San Diego.
His firm was awarded the prestigious San Diego Home and Garden Magazine ‘Home of the Year’ award in 2002 for a residential project in Point Loma, 2016 for residential project in Santa Luz, and 2018 for a historic residential renovation in Mission Hills.
